Mallorca’s wine scene is growing faster than a well-pruned vine in spring.
With new vineyards being planted and winery buildings emerging across the island, even seasoned wine professionals like us struggle to keep up. Whether you're a curious oenophile or a wine tourism enthusiast, it's easy to miss the latest names - especially those not yet affiliated with a D.O. (Denominación de Origen).
When we arrived on the island in 2014, Mallorca had around 70 wineries. Today, estimates suggest there could be more than 100, possibly even 120. To help you navigate this dynamic landscape, here’s a list of new and exciting wineries whose first releases came onto the market around 2020 or afterwards.
