A Family-Run Winery Producing Top-Quality Wines in Puigpunyent, Mallorca
Nestled in the western region of Mallorca, the picturesque village of Puigpunyent is surrounded by the Tramuntana mountains, and boasts a diverse landscape of pine, oak, almond and carob trees.
It is here that you will find Son Puig, a small, family-run winery producing some of the finest wines in the region.
The winery's commitment to quality and sustainability is evident in its exclusive use of grapes grown on its own vineyard. Each season, the grapes are hand-picked by the same people to ensure the utmost care and consistency.

The winery offers a range of wines, including whites made from Prensal (indigenous to the island), Chardonnay, and Sauvignon Blanc grapes, and reds made from Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Tempranillo, and Callet (also indigenous to the island) grapes.
For Son Puig, sustainable methods of production and maintenance of large rural estates are the keys to preserving their historical heritage and ensuring a bright future for generations to come.
Visits to Bodega Son Puig are carried out by appointment. Whilst visiting the bodega you will also be given the opportunity to buy wine directly from their cellar.

It is advisable to plan your visit to the Bodega during a weekday between 10am and 3pm, or on Saturdays from 10am to 12pm.

If you'd like to schedule your visit on a Saturday afternoon, Sunday, or Bank Holiday, it is possible but there will be an additional surcharge of 15€ per person.
During harvest season (from the end of August to mid-October), it may be more difficult for the Bodega to accommodate groups, but it's still worth reaching out to enquire about the possibility of a visit.
The tours begin with a stroll around the possesio, followed by an inside look at the cellar and an explanation of the wine-making process by the owner(s).
