Juan Pablo Perez runs 'a tight ship' at Al Lio in Santa Catalina, Palma.  This is a cosy tapas bar with a great vibe and very tasty, homemade food.  We use this bar regularly to host wine tasting experiences for clients who don't have their own suitable venue and everyone loves this place!

The Islander magazine is a dedicated yachting publication, providing news and information for the yachting industry in the Western Mediterranean region.   The magazine was founded in 1997, initially as a newsletter for the nautical industry.  Today it is now a full colour quality magazine, often referred to as 'The Bible'.

Bodegas Bordoy is located between Sa Torre and Llucmajor, close to the impressive chapel of the Hilton Hotel.​  The wine warehouse has been impressively built into a hill which is surrounded by pine trees.​  With a wide selection of wines on offer including wines using indigenous grapes from the island, it is worth taking the time to visit them whilst you are on the island.

Son Juliana is located close to Santa Eugènia and Biniali, just a 30 minute drive from Palma de Mallorca.  The winery is intriguing as it is designed to work 100% with renewable energy.  It combines solar energy, wind power, passive ventilation and geothermal systems.  A strong team of people with many different skills are employed to create their wine collection.

Bodegas Son Puig is a family concern producing top quality wines in Puigpunyent, Mallorca.  The wine production is limited and made from grapes coming exclusively from the state's own vineyard.  They are hand picked by the same people every season.  The winery's cutting-edge technology can be found in the traditional old wine-making building. 

Son Campaner is located in the region of Binissalem between Inca and Sencelles, 30 minutes by car from Palma de Mallorca.  Four grape varieties, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah and the indigenous variety Manto Negro are cultivated on 5 hectares.  In 2015, they bought an adjoining plot of land where they now grow white grapes - Chardonnay and Macabeu.
