The vineyards are meticulously maintained with minimal use of pesticides. Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Syrah are the grape varieties grown here, and harvesting typically takes place in September with careful, hand-picked selection.
The family now open the doors of their cellar to fellow wine enthusiasts.
