Our vacation in Alicante led us to discover the wines of Gutiérrez de la Vega, whilst dining at Restaurante L'Escaleta, in Cocentaina.

The fields surrounding the little town of Salinas are replete with vines, and everywhere you look there are also olive and almond trees.
