The Son Juliana Pack Tintos includes two red wines, one of which is 100% Syrah, and the Cuvée #2 is a blend of Cabernet Sauvingon and Merlot
Cuvée #2 - The Cabernet and Merlot grapes were carefully selected and manually harvested in 6kg boxes. They then went through a soft destem and pressing process, with a short time of cold maceration. Fermentation took place at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. This red wine has been barrel aged in French oak.
Cuvée #2 has aromas of plum and pepper, as well as toasted notes and a toffee flavour.
It is long in the mouth, with a balanced structure and a lot of body.
Syrah - Son Juliana Syrah is a bold, full-bodied red wine. The grapes were carefully selected and manually harvested in 6kg boxes. They then went through a soft destem and pressing process, with a short time of cold maceration. Fermentation took place at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. This red wine has been barrel aged in French oak.
Black fruit and pepper aromas characterise Son Juliana Syrah. Its mouthfeel is long, with notes of ripe black fruit and roasted notes.
