Vinification: selective manual harvest in 6kg cubes, soft destemming and pressing, with a short time of cold maceration.  Fermentation at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks.  Barrel aging in French oak.

This wine has aromas of plum and pepper, as well as toasted notes and a toffee flavour.  It is long in the mouth, with a balanced structure and a lot of body.
