This cava has been in the cellar since February 2014 with a minimum of 72 months in barrel. Disgorging and finishing is done completely manually.
The Gran Reserva has a golden yellow colour and a fine, persistent bubble.
On the nose, the intense aromas of aging stand out, along with brioche and toasted notes. In the mouth it is dry, tasty and elegant, with integrated carbon and long aging notes.
This cava is ideal for pairing with fatty cheeses, stews, smoked meats, game such as venison sirloin, quail stewed with muscat grapes or stewed wild boar.
This cava can also be enjoyed on its own, so that you can discover the nuances of its long aging.
