Rational viticulture and minimum intervention in the vineyard.  Manual harvesting of the grapes.  Destemmed and fermented at a maximum of 25ºC.  Yeasts come from the grape skins of the vine. Maceration for 18 days.  The wine remains in 100% French oak barrels, second use, for 16 months.

A big, muscular and tannic wine with an enveloping nose of black fruit, smoke and leather.  However, the crispness of the graciano grape pulls it all together on the long, energetic finish.
