Rational viticulture and minimum intervention in the vineyard.  Manual harvesting of grapes.  Destemmed and fermented between 23ºC and 26ºC.  Autochthonous yeasts.  Maceration for 12 days.  Average age of the vines 38 years.  This wine has a spicy nose with notes of ripe fruit and toasted flavours from the French oak it is aged in.  In the mouth it is tasty, toasted and with mature tannins.
