LMT Wines have created this Kimera Ancestral Rosado (a sparkling rosé wine) in accordance with the ancestral technique of production, meaning a single fermentation, which is a more rustic and artisanal approach than the traditional double-fermented method of making sparkling wine.
This wine also reflects the terroir and the varietals used, giving it authenticity. It is aged in bottle, on its lees, for 10 months.

- Appearance: The wine does not have a very persistent bubble.
- Aromas: It is fine, delicate and soft with an aroma of red fruits, reflecting the character of rosé wines from the Navarra region. You can get recollections of strawberries, raspberries and sweets in the nose.
