A lemon yellow coloured wine with steely tinges, as well as crystalline and bright tones. There is also a presence of very fine bubbles of carbon dioxide. Aged for eight months in French oak barrels whilst on its lees.
A wine that is very fresh on the palate, well structured and with good integrated acidity, as well as toasted nuances due to the aging in barrels. The full flavour of the fruit can be appreciated, highlighting the aromatic complexity and the element of carbonic gas.
Pair with red meats such as pork and beef, white meat such as chicken, as well as fish and cheese.
