La Haya Seco Barrica is a lemon yellow-coloured wine with steely tinges, plus crystalline and bright tones. There is also a presence of very fine bubbles of carbon dioxide. It has been aged for eight months in French oak barrels whilst on its lees.
Here's a taste of what you can expect from this wine:
- Palate: This white wine is very fresh on the palate. It is well structured with well-integrated acidity, and it has toasted nuances due to the ageing in barrels. The full flavour of the fruit can be appreciated, highlighting the aromatic complexity and the slight element of carbonic gas.
- Pairing: Pair this wine with red meats such as pork and beef, white meat such as chicken, as well as fish and cheese.
