Acquire knowledge of Spanish wines and their diverse regions as well as tasting a carefully chosen selection of 10 different wines (4 whites, 4 reds, 1 rosé, and 1 sparkling). Discover how to taste, recognise aromas and flavours and appreciate the range of colours. Learn about the variety of grapes used and how to differentiate between them. Become competent in the correct way to serve wine - which glass to use, when to allow it to 'breathe', and whether a decanter should be used. And understand how to determine the quality of a wine and what the label tells you. Price: 60€ per person The price includes the 10 different wines, water, quelys, and olives. We will also provide paper and pens as well as a fact sheet at the end of the course. PLEASE NOTE: We recommend a minimum of 4 people for this course, in order to keep the price at 60€ per person.
