Talvin Tinto, from Ses Talaioles, has a fresh and lively aroma making it a charming and uncomplicated companion. Its low sulphur content makes it particularly digestible.

The vines are gently treated with natural products, and the soil is carefully cultivated to promote biodiversity, and ensure the resistance and health of the vines.

The harvested grapes are kept in cold chambers for up to 12 hours to preserve the aromas and avoid oxidation during destemming. The grapes are manually selected and handpicked.
No sulphites are used prior to fermentation. Instead, the winemaker uses non- saccharomyces yeasts for fruit accentuation, with the added benefit of lowering the sulphur content in the wine. The grape juice is fermented in inox tanks. An extended maceration is completed 7 days after the end of fermentation. Malolactic fermentation occurs in inox tanks.

The wine is aged for 12 months, 50% in a 3000L wooden barrel and 50% in inox tank.

Here's a taste of what you can expect from this wine:

  • Colour: Ruby red with violet reflections at the edge of the glass.
  • Aroma: Aromas of prunes, sweet vanilla and fennel seeds, fruit compote and a hint of cocoa powder.
  • Palate: Fresh and lively on the palate, with notes of fresh plums, cocoa and spices, a minerality reminiscent of limestone and an elegant tannic structure. With its volume and persistence, it is ideal for everyday drinking.
  • Pairing: An excellent companion to light dishes such as salads, seafood, cheese, ham and variations of vegetarian dishes and tapas.
