A Rosé with Soul and Substance
Roshada is a pure expression of Mallorca’s native Escursac grape - a rare variety that produces wines with remarkable character and depth.
Crafted with minimal intervention by Hada Furthmann, this rosé is spontaneously fermented, unfined, and unfiltered, with nothing added except a touch of sulphur at bottling. The result is a vibrant wine that reflects both the grape and the land from which it comes.
TASTING NOTES
- Delicate yet expressive, Roshada opens with aromas of strawberry, cherry, and nectarine, layered with rose petals, lavender, and a hint of red caramel.
- On the palate, it’s creamy and intense, yet retains a refreshing brightness and a long, lingering finish that invites slow appreciation.
WHEN TO ENJOY
This is a wine to savour - complex enough for food pairings, yet elegant enough to enjoy on its own.
It’s perfect for seafood dishes, creamy risottos, and lightly roasted vegetables, or for something more adventurous like rabbit or baked apple with cheese.
