The Mas Xarot Gran Reserva Brut is the youngest Cava in the Mas Xarot family.
It is a fresh, aromatic, and fruity Cava that is also inviting and easy to drink. The typical grape varieties of the region, with the predominance of Xarel-lo, make this a classic yet cosmopolitan Cava.
- Appearance: This particular Cava is a golden straw colour with a small and persistent bubble.
- Aromas: On the nose, the fruity aromas of light ageing stand out.
- Palate: On the palate, it is fresh, pleasant, broad, and tasty, with a well-integrated carbonic structure. It also has a long aftertaste.
The Mas Xarot Gran Reserva Enoteca Cava has been in the cellar since February 2014 with a minimum of 72 months of ageing. Disgorging and finishing are done completely manually.
- Appearance: This Gran Reserva has a golden yellow colour and a fine, persistent bubble.
- Aromas: On the nose, the intense aromas of ageing stand out, along with brioche and toasted notes.
- Palate: In the mouth, it is dry, tasty, and elegant, with integrated carbon and long ageing notes.
The Mas Xarot Rosat is made from Pinot Noir grapes. It has been aged for 15 months so it is classed as a Reserva.
This is a round, easy-drinking, and aromatic cava with a good bubble structure (small and constant).
- Appearance: The cava is cherry pink in colour, with light ruby nuances.
- Aromas: On the nose, the fruity aromas stand out, with hints of wild berries.
- Palate: In the mouth, it is structured and tasty, with balanced acidity and a persistent aftertaste.
