Luis and Eva are the owners of the Maisulan project.

They practice rational viticulture and minimum intervention in the vineyard.  The grapes are manually harvested, destemmed, and fermented between 23ºC and 26ºC.  Only autochthonous yeasts are used.  Maceration occurs for 12 days. 

 

The average age of the Tempranillo vines is 38 years. 

 

Here's a taste of what you can expect from this wine:

  • Aromas: Maisulan Seis has a spicy nose with notes of ripe fruit and toasted flavours from the French oak it is aged in. 
  • Palate: In the mouth, it is tasty, toasted, and has mature tannins.
