White Wine: Los Dos Caballeros Sauvignon Blanc upright
Nestled inland, between the charming towns of Inca and Llubí, you will find Los Dos Caballeros.
 
Here, they produce an exceptional Sauvignon Blanc.  The grapes are meticulously handpicked from a small plot, with a deliberate emphasis on low yield to ensure the plants remain healthy.
 
The winery adopts an ecological approach, avoiding the use of chemicals or pesticides.
 
The wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks at a maximum temperature of 15ºC and then aged for two months in bottles.
