A wine with a straw yellow colour and greenish tinges that are crystalline and bright. A medium high intensity, with fresh fruit and vegetable notes such as fennel, citrus and green apple. This wine has an aromatic complexity that is reminiscent of the varietal from which it comes, as well as the contribution of the other varietals.
A wine that is cheerful and very fresh in the mouth. It is well structured, unctuous, with good integrated acidity and minerality. The full flavour of the fruit is noticeable, which also appears in the retronasal, highlighting the same aromatic complexity that the multivarietal grapes add to the wine.
