Juan García accounts for 80% of the blend, along with Bruñal, Tinta Jeromo, Bastardo, Rufete, Gajo Arroba, Doña Blanca, and Godello. Sin Blanca has been aged for 11 months in barrels made of French oak.

Cotexa is a red wine made from grapes harvested from very old vines (between 80 and 120 years old) that are a blend of local varieties found in the vineyard. Juan García accounts for 80% of the blend, along with Bruñal, Tinta Jeromo, Bastardo, Rufete, Gajo Arroba, Doña Blanca, and Godello. Cotexa seeks to showcase its blend of traditional local varietals from the old small vineyards in Arribes. Cotexa has been aged for 7 months in barrels made of French oak.
The inclusion of white grapes gives this red wine a distinctive differentiating feature.
