White Wine: Dunord Viticola L'Insomni Blanc
L'Insomni is a relatively new white wine from a small bodega on the island, called Dunord Viticola.  Joan and his family manage their plants so that they adapt to the soil, without any additional water support. 
 
L'Insomni is a fabulous wine for daydreamers!
 
Here's a taste of what you can expect from this wine:
  • Appearance: The wine itself is very clean and pale in colour. 
  • Aromas & Palate: The aromas of L'Insomni are a mix of floral notes and stone fruit, and to taste, it is fresh and crisp with a pleasant balance between the acidity and fruit flavours.
  • Pairing: There is a touch of density to the wine that allows it to pair well with fatty fish, white meat, and various rice dishes.
