In their cultivated vineyards Barahonda has 40-year-old Monastrell and 20-year-old Syrah vines.
The best grapes are carefully selected and vinified separately to create their Barrica Organic Tinto. After fermentation, the wine is transferred to French oak barrels for 6 months.
