In their cultivated vineyards Barahonda has 40 year old Monastrell and 20 year old Syrah vines. The best grapes are carefully selected and vinified separately. After fermentation, the wine is transferred to French oak barrels for 6 months.
Velvety and seductive! This wine has a good fruit intensity with clean notes of well-integrated wood and an acidity that gives it freshness. Clean, intense and tasty. Suitable with all types of meat, vegetables, rice dishes, cheese and patés.
