Giró Joven is a new wine from 7103 Petit Celler.
Using the Mallorcan Giró Ros grape variety, it is a youthful, fresh white wine with delicate notes of yellow and citrus fruits.
The grapes were harvested by hand from 7103 Petit Celler's vineyards. The grapes were then placed on a selection table where they were rigorously checked for quality. Afterwards, the bunches were given a gentle pressing at low pressure, in a pneumatic press, to avoid oxidation. Fermentation occurred in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures of approximately 16ºC, for about 30 days, to preserve the freshness of the aromas. The wine was finally aged on its lees for 3 months.

- Appearance: This wine is very clear, bright, and golden yellow.
- Aromas: The Giró grapes give the wine fresh aromas of orange citrus, and yellow fruit such as peaches.
- Palate: To taste, it has a very pleasant entry on the palate, which gives way to density and liveliness. The finish is consistent, with a hint of sweetness that invites you to continue drinking the wine. It has extensive volume on the palate due to the Giró grapes.
- Pairing: This is ideal to enjoy mid-afternoon or as an aperitif. Whitefish and rice dishes pair well with it too.
