The chardonnay grapes for this wine have been fermented in French oak barrels for a period of six months.  Afterwards, it is blended with the prensal and sauvignon blanc.  This particular vintage is less acidic than it would normally be.


The wine is bright yellow with golden reflections.  On the nose it is intense, with aromas of grapefruit, honey and toast from the barrel aging.  This is a dry white wine with body.  It is also rich, tasty and harmonious.   Toasted aromas can be felt in the finish, due to the aging in barrels.


 An ideal wine to pair with seafood, cheeses, fondue, raclette, poultry and curries.
