100% Malvasia de Banyalbufar from their finca, Sa Teulera Nova. Malvasia is generally not a productive varietal as it can be prone to disease. The malvasia used in this wine comes from the original recovered clone, being 'Malvasia de Banyalbufar', the only one with a health certificate in Spain.
2019 saw a low rainfall and constant high temeperatures during the spring and summer.
This particular malvasia has a lime juice colour and countryside aromas (small flowers and muscat grape). It has salinity and persistence on the palate. This wine is best served at 11-12º.
Pair this wine with antipasti, salads, fish, grilled white meat, seafood ravioli, dry and cured cheese. It also works well with panna cotta desserts.
