Rational viticulture and minimum intervention in the vineyard. Manual harvesting of the grapes. Destemmed and fermented between 23ºC and 26ºC. Autochthonous yeasts. Maceration for 18 days. Average age of the vines 45 years.
A wine that is fruit-forward on the nose with dark fruit and hints of spice and tea leaf. Medium to full body, firm and silky tannins and a flavourful finish.
