El Ciego has been made with Garnacha Blanca and Macabeo grapes. No electricity has been used during the production of this wine. The wine is fermented in a buried amphora and only 600 bottles per year are produced.
Refreshing fruit aromas that are intense on the nose. Dry and fresh in the mouth, with white fruit and aniseed flavours that are typical of the white granache variety.
This wine has a high acidity and density so it will pair well with any creamy dishes.
