El Palique de Jerez is a rich, mahogany-coloured vermouth with hints of amber.

This vermouth has a distinctive Jerez style; the base wines used in the maceration give it oxidative nuances and the ageing for 12 months in French oak barrels gives it toasted notes from the wood.

Here's a taste of what you can expect from this vermouth:

  • Aromas: It has an aromatic intensity, recalling incense, orange peel and orange blossom.
  • Palate: On the palate, this vermouth is elegant, with a freshness, a moderate sweetness and a suggestive bitter undertone at the end.
  • Pairing: El Palique de Jerez pairs well with game dishes, foie gras, artichokes and risotto.
