This vermouth is a rich mahogany colour with hints of amber. It has an aromatic intensity, recalling incense, orange peel and orange blossom. This vermouth has a distinctive Jerez style; the base wines used in the maceration giving it oxidative nuances, and the aging for 12 months in French oak barrels giving it toasted notes from the wood. On the palate, this vermouth is elegant, with a freshness, a moderate sweetness and a suggestive bitter undertone at the end.
Pairs well with game dishes, foie gras, artichokes and risotto.
