The alcoholic and malo-lactic fermentation developed in cement tanks of 17,700 litres, with slight daily overruns for a period of 15 days. The aging of the wine was carried out in French oak barrels of 300 litres, with different daily remounts for a period of 15 days.
In the mouth this wine is fresh and harmonious, well structured and easy to drink. In the after-taste there is an evolution of fruit flavours.
