The alcoholic and malo-lactic fermentation is developed in stainless steel tanks.  It lasts for a period of 20 days on average.  The wine is then aged in French oak barrels of 500 litres from different makers, for a period of 12 months. 

This wine recalls notes of evolved fruits and minerality in the nose, as well as graphite, bonfire stone and sandalwood.  In the mouth, the taste is harmonious and long.  This is a very velvety, deep wine with a fantastic equilibrium.
