Desde el principio, Tomas Torres optó por elaborar sus vinos de forma natural, permitiendo así que los veganos, vegetarianos y personas con alergias a productos químicos disfruten de sus vinos. Actualmente tienen 2.5 hectáreas de viñedos en pequeñas parcelas.

Terricola ha sido fermentado con levaduras indígenas y envejecido durante 7 meses en tanques de acero inoxidable. Se embotella sin clarificación ni filtración.

Un gran vino para acompañar con queso cremoso y embutidos ibéricos.

 

Since the beginning Tomas Torres opted to elaborate their wines in a natural way, therefore allowing vegans, vegetarians and people with allergies to chemical products to enjoy their wines.  Cuurently they have 2.5 hectares of vineyards in small plots.

Terricola has been fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged for 7 months in stainless steel tanks.  It is bottled without fining or filtration.

A great wine to pair with creamy cheese and Iberian cured meats.
