Since the beginning Tomas Torres opted to elaborate their wines in a natural way, allowing vegans, vegetarians and people with allergies to chemicals to enjoy their wines. Terricola has been fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged for 7 months in stainless steel tanks. It is bottled without fining or filtration.
A golden coloured wine with aromas of medium intensity. Green and yellow apples and green grapes appear in the nose. A refreshing white wine with the correct balance of acidity as it passes through the mouth.
A great wine to pair with creamy cheese and Iberian cured meats. This wine is best enjoyed at 6ºC to 8ºC.
