The harvest is carried out when the grapes are at their optimum point of maturity, in order to achieve a greater freshness and an aromatic potential in the wine. The grapes are hand picked first thing in the morning and placed in perforated boxes of 15 KG, allowing for maximum quality and respect for the fruit.
In the mouth this wine is intense and fresh. The notes of the Moscatel variety suggest sweetness, but it is actually a dry wine that is unctuous and citrusy. The freshness is emphasised by its generous acidity and the final finish is very long.
