Tras una selección de nuestras uvas Monastrell de pie franco, reposa durante 16 meses en barricas de roble Americano (90%) y Francés (10%).  El vino no ha sido filtrado para mantener todas sus cualidades.

Aromas intensos a frutas confitadas y suaves tostados, con un amplio cuerpo carnoso y estructurado, con un fondo goloso y amable, envolvente y persistente.  Adecuado para todo tipo de carnes, arroces, quesos y patés.


After a selection of their ungrafted Monastrell grapes, Barahonda's Summum wine spends 16 months in American oak (90%) and French oak (10%).  In order to maintain its different qualities, this wine has not been filtered.

This wine is characterised by intense, jammy fruit and smooth, toasted aromas with a meaty, structured body and an inviting and persistent back palate, indicating this wine has a good life ahead of it.  Suitable with all types of meat, rice dishes, cheese and patés.
