20 year old vines that have been certified organic, from Vilamaniscle and Rabòs. Fermentation has occurred in 2500 litre inox tanks for 20 days at an average of 25ºC, plus 3 months minimum aging in bottle.
This wine has a brilliant, intense red ruby colour. There are notes of red fruit, flowers (violet), plum and spices. In the mouth the wine is fresh, with nicely rounded tannins.
