20 year old vines.  Organically certified vines from Vilamaniscle and Rabòs.  Fermented in 1500 litre inox tanks for 25 days at an average of 25ºC.  Pre & post maceration.  Aged for 12 months in French 225 L & 300 L oak barrels.  Minimum ageing in bottle for 12 months.

This wine recalls ripened fruit notes, such as cherries, raspberries, figs and plums.  It also has lots of minerality and floral recollections (violets) as well as hints of spice (liquorice).  It is soft and pleasant to taste, with refined, sweet tannins and an excellent finish.  This wine is fresh, structured and has presence.
